To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for every client, we ask that you review our salon policies before your appointment.
KNSTRUCT is home to independent artists who manage their own schedules, services, and pricing. Some policies may vary by artist, so please review any additional terms provided when booking.
APPOINTMENTS & BOOKING
KNSTRUCT operates by appointment only. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
New clients may be required to complete a consultation before scheduling certain services.
MEET THE ARTISTS | BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Cancellation policies and fees may vary by artist. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you anticipate being late, contact your artist as soon as possible.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require an adjustment to your scheduled services or rescheduling. Late cancellation fees may apply.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
Appointments missed without prior notice may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service.
Clients with repeated missed appointments may be required to provide a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Certain appointments may require a deposit or credit card on file to secure your reservation. Requirements vary by artist and service.
Service pricing is determined by each independent artist and may vary based on hair length, density, complexity, and time required.
Any additional services or charges will be discussed before proceeding.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about your service, please contact your artist within 7 days of your appointment.
Your artist will review your concerns and determine whether an adjustment is appropriate. Adjustments do not include changes in personal preference or services outside the original consultation.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS & CHILDREN
To maintain a comfortable environment and minimize disruptions, we kindly ask that you limit additional guests during your appointment.
Children must be supervised at all times while in the salon.
