With nearly 20 years behind the chair, Heather Hall has built a career on good hair, big ideas, and a healthy refusal to play it safe.

Her journey began at Toni & Guy Hairdressing Academy in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she developed a strong foundation in precision cutting, advanced color theory, and technical artistry. From New York Fashion Week and styling brides around the world to a bicoastal career that had her flying between coasts to serve clients and educate stylists, Heather knows a thing or two about hair. With over 15 years of experience training stylists, including her work with Evo Haircare, she brings serious technical expertise and a creative eye to every appointment.

And while San Diego is home, Heather's vision has never been limited by geography. She's passionate about building lasting relationships, expanding her clientele across coasts, and bringing her signature approach to great hair wherever her clients may be.

From complex color corrections and dreamy dimensional blondes to seamless grey blending, luxury extensions, natural curls, and cuts with a little attitude, she's your girl for hair that's as beautiful as it is wearable.

But Heather's talents go well beyond the chair. A proud East Village advocate, small-business cheerleader, and true foodie at heart, she's basically San Diego's unofficial concierge. From Ohio roots to San Diego sunshine, Sarah Russell-Kribs has spent the last eight years building her career, refining her craft, and growing right alongside KNSTRUCT.

After moving to San Diego and attending Paul Mitchell The School, Sarah joined KNSTRUCT through its RAW Recruit Apprenticeship Program. What began as an opportunity to learn from experienced artists quickly became a career built on dedication, creativity, and a genuine love for the craft.

Eight years later, Sarah has worked her way from apprentice to Senior Stylist, developing her own artistic perspective while becoming an essential part of the KNSTRUCT family.

A true well-rounded stylist, Sarah enjoys a little bit of everything—from fresh cuts and everyday styling to smoothing treatments and customized color. Her approach is relaxed, thoughtful, and focused on creating beautiful, manageable hair that fits naturally into her clients' lives. Whether it's maintaining a favorite look or trying something a little different, Sarah makes the experience feel easy and personal.

Her journey reflects what KNSTRUCT believes in most: investing in people, doing things the right way, and never stopping learning.

And while she's been busy growing behind the chair, life outside the salon has been just as exciting. Sarah got married and welcomed a baby girl—who we're already considering for KNSTRUCT's future assistant position.
